National Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd has approved 13 percent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2017.
The approval was given in the bank’s 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at Sena Malancha, Dhaka on Monday, said a press release.
Chairman of NCC Bank Md. Nurun Newaz Salim presided over the meeting while Chairman of the Executive Committee S. M. Abu Mohsin, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee Yakub Ali Montu, Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Amirul Islam FCA, FCS, Director’s of the Bank Khairul Alam Chaklader, Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz, K. A. M. Haroon, Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Company Secretary Md. Monirul Alam and a large number of shareholders were also present in the AGM.
The audited financial statements of the Bank for the year ended on December 31, 2017 along with the auditors’ report thereon and director’s report were placed before the shareholders at the AGM and duly approved by them.
The Bank’s Chairman Md. Nurun Newaz Salim in his speech mentioned that all key fields of operations of NCC Bank have recorded steady growth during the year 2017 and informed the meeting that the Bank is providing improved and efficient services to its customers backed by prudent technology in a compliant manner.
